We got to visit @chefmichaelsandoval @jasmijnsaft soon-to-be-finished restaurant/luxury stays @elysium_lecrin ; seeing his dream come together was amazing, and I can’t wait to see it fully open.
We also got to see some beautiful spots that made the whole trip feel like a real escape. Here’s a few of my favorite places:
1. The Alhambra - Granada
Walking through the Alhambra felt like going back in time. The details, the gardens, and those views of the city—it’s unreal. Definitely a spot I’ll remember.
2. Mirador de San Nicolás - Granada
I caught the sunset here, with live music playing and the Alhambra glowing against the mountains. Just one of those moments you can’t really capture in photos.
3. Flamenco Show - Granada
Seeing a live flamenco show in Granada was unforgettable. The intensity, the passion in every movement and sound—it felt like pure Spanish soul. It’s an experience I’ll never forget.
4. Muelle Uno - Málaga
Muelle Uno was such a fun spot—great for strolling, grabbing a coffee, and people-watching. Plus, it has this cool mix of shops and local art along the waterfront.
5. Frigiliana
Frigiliana is like a postcard. White painted buildings with beautiful streets, pops of color everywhere, and cozy little tapas spots.
We’re already counting down to my next visit!
